We cater for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christenings and most other Celebrations. With our many years experience you can relax and leave all the arrangements to us. Whether you are planning a sit-down meal or a buffet and disco, just make the choice from our selection of dishes and we'll take care of all the details. In order to ensure consistent quality of cooking and service we require parties of twelve persons or more to pre-select one set menu.
With masses of free parking and easy access from Bristol International Airport, Temple Meads Rail Station and the M4/M5 motorway network, the Town & Country Lodge is a Logical choice.

For your disco requirements we have two function rooms available: -

- Nightclub £450.00
- House DJ £150.00
Should any guests wish to stay, we are pleased to offer them accommodation at a specially reduced rate:
- Weekend £60.00 Single
- £60.00 Double/Twin
- Midweek £70.00 Single
- £78.00 Double/Twin
1) A minimum deposit of £250.00 is payable on all bookings. In the event of cancellation this is Non-Refundable.
2) Should the hotel need to cancel your booking for whatever reason a minimum of 3 months notice will be given.
3) The balance must be settled three weeks prior to the function, along with notification of final numbers and Buffets.
3) Maximum number for a sit down banquet is 85, Hot Fork Buffet is 70 and for a Finger Buffet is 300 guests. The minimum number for the Hot Fork Buffet is 25 guests, and for the evening buffet, is 60 guests.
