Terms and Conditions
1) A minimum deposit of £250.00 is payable on all bookings. In the event of cancellation this is Non-Refundable.
2) The balance must be settled two weeks prior to the function, along with notification of final numbers and Buffets.
3) Maximum number for a sit-down banquet is 85 and for a buffet is 300 guests. The minimum catering number for an evening buffet is 60 guests. Sorry, no self catering.

Triple and Family rooms are also available with a charge of £5.00 extra per child. Family rooms consist of 2 double beds, and Triple rooms consist of 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
All rates are inclusive of either Full English or Continental Breakfast and VAT charged at 15%
