Your Wedding Reception
Making all the preparations for your big day can be quite daunting but here's one task you won't have to worry about. With our many years of experience you can relax and leave all the reception arrangements to us. Whether you are planning a sit-down meal or a buffet, just make your choice from our selection of dishes and we'll take care of all the details. In order to ensure consistent quality of cooking and service we require parties of twelve persons or more to pre-select one set menu.

Included in the quoted price are all the following:

We add no service charge (Gratuities are at your discretion)
We have an extensive wine list, including a choice of sparkling wines and champagne, and we'll be pleased to help you choose suitable drinks to accompany the meal and any tastes.
Alternatively you may prefer to choose from one of the following drinks 'packages'. Devised to suit most tastes, these can of course be adapted to your own requirements.
The Regency @ £13.00 per person
One glass of Bucks Fizz for your reception drink, one glass of House Wine (red or white) with your meal and one glass of sparkling Wine for your Toast.
The Regal @ £16.00 per person
One glass of Pimms Cocktail for your reception drink, two glasses of House Wine (red or white) with your meal and one glass of House Champagne for your toast.
The Royal @ £17.00 per person
One glass of Sparkling Wine Kia Royal for your reception drink one glass of House Wine (red or white) with your meal and one glass of Champagne for your toast.

Staying the Night
Should any guests wish to stay the night before the Wedding or prefer not to travel home on the night; we are pleased to offer accommodation at a specially reduced rate:
£60.00 for a Single Room,
£60.00 for a double room
A Choice of Full English or Continental Breakfast are included at no additional cost.

We have well-established links with ancillary wedding services and if you wish we shall be pleased to help and advise on any of the following:

- White Linen is included free of charge
- Coloured Linen and Chair covers can be arranged at an extra charge and subject to availability
Wedding Bookings
Terms & Conditions
1) A minimum deposit of £ 250.00 is payable on all bookings. In the event of a cancellation, this is Non-Refundable.
2) The balance must be settled three weeks prior to the Wedding Date, along with notification of final numbers and seating plan.
3) Maximum number for a sit down banquet is 85, Hot Fork Buffet is 70 and for a Finger Buffet is 300 guests. The minimum number for the Hot Fork Buffet is 25 guests, and for the evening buffet, is 60 guests.
4) The Spangles party Suite is included free of charge for your evening function holding a maximum capacity of 125 people. Should you require a larger room, the nightclub is available for an extra £300.00 And holds a maximum of 300 people.
5) As of January 2011 all prices increase by 2.5%, due to the VAT increase.
